> HTTP 503 — The requested model is temporarily unavailable.

## HTTP status

`503 api_error`

## Typical cause

The requested model is temporarily unavailable due to an upstream outage or maintenance.

## Resolution

Retry with `Retry-After` or fall back to a different model.
